    Advance your career in a fast-paced company with hands-on design opportunities that become a production reality. Integrated Computer Solutions is seeking a Principal C#/Technical Lead to join our team. The candidate will use their strong technical skills to help lead the product development needs of our MedTech and industrial clients.

    As a Principal Engineer / Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of software products in the Microsoft stack in the MedTech and industrial space. You will be responsible for the definition of software requirements for complex systems, recommend new frameworks, and lead teams to help provide the project’s technical vision.

    Qualifications
    • 6+ Years of demonstrated development tech/team leadership
    • 10+ years’ software development experience in C#/.NET and various UI frameworks
    • Develop high-quality code adhering to the best coding practices as laid down by the company
    • Able to produce well-thought-out architecture with scale, performance, security, and availability considerations
    • Work closely with the project team to create schedules, identify assignments, and provide updates
    • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Experience in software services a plus
    • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a regulated environment such as medical, defense, or Aerospace
    • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relative experience
