Principal Application Engineer

Responsibilities: of the Principal Application Engineer: Help design and build a leading digital life insurance platform Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions while setting engineering standards and mentoring other engineers Design and build full-stack web applications and distributed microservices (front-end and back-end) Research emerging technologies and present recommendations to architects and leadership to Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and SDLC standards Qualifications: for the Principal Application Engineer include: 10+ years of backend software design and development 3+ years designing and implementing distributed systems Strong experience with DevOps and maintaining live production services Cloud experience required Expert-level C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework Compensation: for the Principal Application Engineer include: Salary Range: $140,000 - $190,000 Based on Experience 20% bonus Hybrid Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 10/15/2026 Applications for this job will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date. #LI-HYBRID #LI-CR2
