Principal Analog IC Designer to lead the architecture, design, and production of advanced Power Management ICs. This role will drive the development of scalable solutions for datacenter processor power. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in power conversion topologies, control theory, and silicon-proven designs in high-volume environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead architecture definition and detailed design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal IC blocks (e.g., Power FETs, amplifiers, LDOs, bandgaps) Define top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams. Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools. Drive layout supervision and post-layout verification (parasitic extraction, Monte Carlo, mismatch, reliability analysis). Own silicon bring-up, lab validation, debugging, and characterization. Ensure designs meet performance, power, area, yield, reliability, and manufacturability targets. Mentor and technically guide junior and senior analog designers. Participate in design reviews and contribute to best practices, methodologies, and design flows. Interface with cross-functional teams including digital, layout, packaging, test, and product engineering. Support customer interactions when needed for technical deep dives.
