Design and build Agentforce agents topics| instructions| actions| and guardrails
Develop supporting automation in Flow and Apex on Sales Cloud Configure Data Cloud (ingestion| calculated insights| triggers) so agents can act on data proactively Integrate with other systems via APIs Test| tune| and deploy agents; support live demos and client workshops
