A day in the life in Juno Beach, FL

You arrive on site ready to partner with Project Originators, Developers, Early Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers. Your Primavera P6 schedule is the single source of truth guiding development, engineering, and construction across technologies such as wind, solar, energy storage, transmission lines, substations, pipelines, and combined cycles. Reporting to the Group Manager, you translate complex inputs into a cohesive plan—tracking status, flagging risks, and safeguarding the critical path.

What you’ll own

• Create, maintain, and regularly update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Track progress so milestones and current status are always accurate and visible.
• Compare baselines to updates to spot variances and schedule impacts.
• Run CPM analyses to inform planning decisions and execution strategies.
• Evaluate schedule changes and quantify effects on timelines and deliverables.
• Develop recovery and mitigation plans when delays or risks emerge.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to gather inputs and keep activities aligned.
• Lead schedule and progress reviews with stakeholders.
• Produce clear reports and executive-ready status summaries.
• Support the full project lifecycle—from early development through construction closeout.
• Incorporate resource loading, cost loading, personnel submittal analysis, and update-impact evaluations into schedules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on scheduling experience in Primavera P6.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.

Term and location

This is a 1-year, on-site contract based in Juno Beach, Florida.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be ($37.00/hr-$42.00/hr).
