Qualifications, Education, Other Requirements:
21 years or older;
2+ Years of recovery experience, if self-disclosed in recovery.
Master’s Degree and Licensed in AZ in a field related to Behavioral Health, this includes: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT, or
Bachelor’s Degree in a non-related field and at least one year of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, or
Have an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, qualifying as a BHT.
Experience in behavioral health and / or substance use treatment preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Passion for helping individuals heal and grow
Adhere to the Cornerstone Healing Center code of ethics
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
Support clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
