Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties Deliver high-quality primary care and provide coverage for the Walk-In Clinic. Documentation Maintain accurate and timely charts utilizing our advanced AI Scribe technology streamlining workflow and significantly reducing administrative time. Team Dynamics Maintain a positive hardworking attitude and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary care team. Clinical Skills Perform essential clinical tasks including reading EKGs and placing IVs. Schedule Full-time schedule consisting of 3-4 days per week and 2 Saturdays per month. Qualifications Certification Certified Physician Assistant PA-C - must be able to see patients of all ages. Experience At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting. Licensure Active Florida medical license PA or the willingness to obtain one. Technical Skills Must be proficient in reading EKGs and placing IVs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with productivity bonus opportunities. License and DEA fee reimbursement. The salary for this role is 115k-125k in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
