Primary Care Provider
The Dimock Center Adult Medicine Department is seeking a Physician or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care to our diverse urban community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a mission-driven, collaborative provider who is passionate about improving health outcomes and helping shape a comprehensive model of preventive and chronic care in a community health setting. Role Overview
The Primary Care Provider will manage a panel of patients and provide comprehensive primary care with the collaboration and support of an integrated team that includes behavioral health clinicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical professionals.
