Full-Time Primary Care Opportunity for an experienced Physician with IMA/Millennium Physician Group. The provider will manage an established and growing patient population in a collaborative, value-based care environment, with dedicated clinical and administrative support. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships.

    Your Impact at IMA/MPG

    As a Primary Care Physician with IMA/MPG, you will play a critical role in helping patients achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives through comprehensive primary care and preventive medicine.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients.
    • Interview, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients during office visits.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
    • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate findings effectively.
    • Prescribe medications and treatments while educating patients regarding benefits, risks, and side effects.
    • Perform appropriate in-office procedures, including wound care, suturing, joint aspirations, injections, and immunizations.
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
    • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
    • Educate patients and caregivers regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and physician team meetings.
    • Stay current on emerging clinical practices and evidence-based medicine.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative environment consistent with the culture and values of IMA/MPG.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
    • Current Florida Medical License (Full or ACN) or ability to obtain one
    • Current BLS Certification
    • Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
    • Previous Primary Care Physician practice experience
    • Experience managing Medicare Advantage patients and/or practicing in a value-based care environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Athenahealth EMR experience
    • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Passion for geriatric and preventive healthcare

    $192,153.00

    to

    $288,230.00

    The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
