We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient care to an unhoused patient population in Providence, RI. This is a mission-driven opportunity in a newer clinic with dedicated clinical and support staff.

Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible Rhode Island medical license
- BLS certification
- Experience and interest in community health and patient-centered care
- Multilingual and multicultural skills valued, but not required
- U.S.-accredited residency training required
- International physicians require ECFMG certification and completion of USMLE exams
