Primary Care Physician (PCP)

We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants a flexible workweek, strong earning potential, and the ability to focus entirely on outpatient medicine.
You’ll step into an established outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care with a full clinical support team. We’re open to Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians who value autonomy, efficiency, and patient-centered care.

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Virginia medical license

• You’re comfortable with an efficient patient flow
• You value teamwork, autonomy, and continuity of care
• You communicate effectively and are efficient with EMR documentation
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $215,000–$240,000
