We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

You’ll step into an outpatient clinical role focused on comprehensive, relationship-based primary care. You’ll have 32 hours of direct patient care and 8 hours of protected administrative time each week, supported by a multidisciplinary team that allows you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Massachusetts medical license
• You maintain an active DEA registration or are eligible to obtain one
• You enjoy providing comprehensive, relationship-based primary care
• You value a collaborative, team-based approach to medicine

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $294,694 annually
