We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician (PCP) who wants excellent compensation, a manageable patient load, and a predictable weekday schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.

You’ll step into a 100% outpatient role focused on comprehensive adult and senior primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. You’ll practice in a physician-led environment that values quality care, clinical autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships while enjoying dedicated administrative time and a supportive clinical team.

Why this role is compelling
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Two hours of dedicated administrative time daily
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• Patient appointments ranging from 15–30 minutes
• Light call rotation of one week every nine weeks
• Adult-only patient population, predominantly ages 45+
• 100% outpatient primary care setting
• Physician-led practice focused on personalized, patient-centered care

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• You are bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive adult and senior primary care
• You enjoy diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
• You value preventive medicine, continuity of care, and meaningful patient relationships
• You thrive in a physician-led environment that emphasizes clinical autonomy and quality care
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $250,000 annually
• Medical insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums
