We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants excellent earning potential, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to provide meaningful care to seniors without the pressure of high patient volume.

You’ll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health outcomes for older adults. With just 12–15 patients per day and a fully integrated care team, you’ll have the time and resources needed to build meaningful patient relationships while prioritizing quality care over volume.

• You have strong communication and patient education skills
• Previous value-based care experience is helpful but not required
