Healthcare United is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians for outpatient primary care openings in the Southbury, Naugatuck, Shelton, and Oxford, Connecticut areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IM/FM Physician interested in an outpatient primary care role with a respected Connecticut-based physician group. The incoming physician will provide comprehensive adult or family medicine care, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, wellness visits, acute care, and long-term patient relationships.

There are currently multiple primary care physician openings available across the surrounding Connecticut market.

This opportunity offers a competitive, MGMA-aligned compensation package, with estimated earning potential in the range of $250,000 - $325,000+, depending on experience, location, panel size, productivity, schedule, and final practice structure.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
  
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
  
• Strong outpatient primary care skills
  
• Ability to manage acute care, chronic disease, wellness visits, and preventive medicine
  
• Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
