    Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine / Internal Medicine)

    Compensation: $227K - $275K per year

    Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, outpatient-focused; on-call rotation as applicable

    A community-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join an integrated, multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a balance of direct patient care and clinical leadership within a mission-driven outpatient setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient environment
    • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across acute and chronic conditions
    • Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinical support staff, as applicable
    • Participate in shared call coverage and after-hours consultation per organizational policy
    • Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical protocols, and patient education
    • Support community outreach, training, and education efforts as needed

    Qualifications:

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Active medical license (or ability to obtain licensure)
    • Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing with accepted health plans
    • BLS certification
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
    • Experience in a community-based or group practice setting preferred
