Primary Care Physician

Job title: Physician - Primary care

Location: Jay, OK

Pay: $5535/week

Position type: Full-time, 40 hours a week, M-F. Start Date 7/6/2025, 4 month contract with option to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in an outpatient clinic.

Requirement:

Board-certified (preferred) or board-eligible physician with a minimum of one year of experience in Primary Care.

Must have ACLS, PALS, BLS, OK license, and be comfortable treating all ages in both acute and chronic care settings.
