Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $192,153 – $288,230 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Manage chronic conditions and promote preventive health
- Educate patients and families regarding wellness, disease prevention, and treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives
- Review and manage medications, laboratory results, and diagnostic testing
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Address patient questions and clinical concerns
- Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
- Current DEA registration
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, quality-focused care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
