Base Salary: $192,153 – $288,230 annually

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients

  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals

  • Review and manage medications, laboratory results, and diagnostic testing
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
  • Address patient questions and clinical concerns
  • Participate in care coordination and population health initiatives
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one
  • Current DEA registration
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, quality-focused care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
