An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing team in beautiful Glastonbury, Connecticut. Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient, office-based primary care
  
• Adult patient population (18+)
  
• Full-time, weekday schedule
  
• Flexible scheduling options:
  
• • Four 9- or 10-hour shifts (4-day work week available)
    
  • Five 8-hour shifts
    
• Minimal phone-only call:
  
• • One weekday call every 6 weeks
    
  • Approximately two weekend call rotations per year
    
• Optional faculty appointment and teaching opportunities

Qualifications

• MD or DO
