What Youll Do:- Provide comprehensive primary care including evaluations, treatment, and management of adult patients
- Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Administer medications as appropriate
- Discuss end-of-life preferences and advanced care planning
- Coordinate care with specialists and primary care providers
- Manage hospital admissions and discharges, ensuring follow-up care
- Support perioperative patient needs
What You Need:- Active and unrestricted Minnesota Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA registration
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- At least 1 year of primary care experience
Preferred:- Prior hospital or clinic experience in a similar setting
