What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care including evaluations, treatment, and management of adult patients
• Conduct patient histories, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Administer medications as appropriate
• Discuss end-of-life preferences and advanced care planning
• Coordinate care with specialists and primary care providers
• Manage hospital admissions and discharges, ensuring follow-up care
• Support perioperative patient needs

What You Need:

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• DEA registration
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• At least 1 year of primary care experience

Preferred:

• Prior hospital or clinic experience in a similar setting
