Primary Care Physician – Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (Senior Care)

We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Alabama. 

Compensation

• Base Salary: $180,000 – $300,000 (based on experience and market)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to senior and Medicare Advantage patients
  
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans
  
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
  
• Interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
  
• Complete EMR documentation within 48 hours 
  
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants when appropriate
  
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, state, and federal regulations
  

QualificationsRequired

• MD or DO
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
  
• Family Medicine
  
• Internal Medicine
  
• Geriatrics
  
• Active Alabama Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
  
• BLS/ACLS Certification (as required)

• Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience
  
• Experience treating Medicare Advantage populations
  
• Strong management of chronic diseases
