Position Description

Penn Medicine is seeking a part-time primary care physician to join Lancaster General Health Physicians Family Medicine New Holland. This 8-provider team (5 physicians and 3 APPs) cares for patients from newborn through end-of-life in the ambulatory setting. The New Holland practice also offers a collaborative care team that works to help patients establish goals and manage their health, connect to community resources and financial counselors, and assist with referrals to other services to improve their quality of care.

The practice utilizes the Epic EMR which is universal throughout the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS).

The LG Health Physicians Family Medicine New Holland practice is located at 676 E Main Street, New Holland, PA 17557.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Family Medicine.
