We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Primary Care
Physician (Family Medicine) to join a well-established outpatient practice
in Windsor, Connecticut. This opportunity offers an exceptional work-life
balance, a collaborative clinical team, and the resources needed to provide
high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
practice
- Treat patients from birth through
adulthood (no obstetrics)
- Full-time weekday schedule
- Flexible scheduling:
- Four 9- or 10-hour shifts, or
- Five 8-hour shifts
- Minimal phone-only call:
- One weekday every 6 weeks
- Approximately two weekend call
rotations annually
- Optional teaching opportunities

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Connecticut medical
licensure
