    Jackson Medical Group is looking to hire a Primary Care Physicians for the following location:

    North Miami:
    1801 NE 123 Street, Miami FL 33183

    Shift Details: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri  (Light Night and Weekend Call)

    Position Summary

    The Jackson Medical Group (JMG) is a rapidly growing, multi-specialty network of physicians and specialists serving patients in a variety of specialty care centers across Miami-Dade County. As part of the continued expansion of the Jackson Health System, the Ambulatory Services Division is seeking Primary Care Physicians (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to practice in North Miami or in either of our newest South Dade locations in Country Walk and Cutler Bay.  These are supported practice-building opportunities where youll have the resources to develop your own patient panel.

    • Provides and maintains JHS Standards towards continuous, intensive direct medical diagnosis, consultation, and health care services to JHS outpatients.
    • Primary Care with average daily patient volume of 18 - 20. Patient 18+ years of age
    • Light night and weekend call requirements.

    Education

    Doctorate degree in Medicine is required.

    Experience

    Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.

    License/Certification

    • Valid Florida Medical License.
    • DEA and board certification or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine are required. Other specialty certifications related to specialty are a plus.
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
