Patient Volume
See an average of 15-18 patients per day with ample time allotted for appointments.

Comprehensive Services
Our practice provides a wide range of services to a diverse patient population 6040 Medicare split. Our services include Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring. Womens Health and Obesity & Metabolic Syndrome Management. Advanced treatments such as PRP Treatments Botox fillers and aesthetics training available. Minor procedures including cryotherapy and biopsies. Hospital Care and Virtual Visits.
Qualifications
2 years of primary care experience required no new grads considered Must love building relationships with patients value bedside manner and possess excellent clinical skills Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations State licensure and board certification is required

The salary range for this role is 155000 to 170000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience education and geographic location.
