Job description / Duties?    

The provider will be responsible for supporting a full scope of the primary care practice. Provider will manage a full patient panel for outpatient evaluation and maintain continuity of care. Average patient volume of 12-14 patients per day.

Days/hours/shifts/Call?

Hours are M-F 8:00-4:30

No Nights / No Weekends / No Call

Comp Range?

110K - 125K

Bonus?

Yes Quarterly Bonus
