We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care practice in Cypress TX Patient Demographics & Scope The incoming provider will offer the full spectrum of primary care services including annual visits sick visits physicals and chronic disease management e.g. diabetes hypertension. The patient panel consists primarily of geriatrics 50 and adults 30 with some adolescents 15 and very few patients under 12. Support Staff Supported by a dedicated team including 5 Medical Assistants MAs a Front Desk team a Quality Measure Associate and an Office Manager OM with excellent retention. MAs handle check-in vitals screenings phone follow-ups and check-out testing vaccines etc.. Schedule & Call Full-time hours are 800 AM-500 PM Monday-Friday with shorter days on Tuesday and Friday 800 AM-400 PM. No call is required. Compensation Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits Qualifications Minimum one 1 year of experience in Outpatient Primary Care is required Must love building relationships with patients value bedside manner and possess excellent clinical skills. Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations. State licensure and board certification are required.
