Duties: Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic care. Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.). Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans. Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease. Provide health maintenance screenings and immunizations. Offer counseling and education on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on consultative services. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care meetings. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and organizational regulations. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Master of Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Master of Physician Assistant (PA) Permanent, current, full, and unrestricted license in any state in the United States, Territory, or District of Columbia. If a physician, completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in an appropriate specialty such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Pediatrics or board eligibility is required. Current, full, and unrestricted DEA license. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or be able to obtain them within 60 days of hire. Must possess a valid driver''s license and be eligible for coverage under the WRFCHC auto insurance policy.
