Hill Country Internal Medicine & Weight Loss is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient adult primary care and obesity medicine clinic in New Braunfels Texas. Position Highlights 100 outpatient adult primary care and obesity medicine Evaluate and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions preventive care wellness visits and comprehensive physicals Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with obesity and related health issues in collaboration with a physician board-certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine Provide patient education and counseling on weight management nutrition lifestyle modifications and medication-based treatment Order and interpret laboratory testing imaging and other diagnostic studies Strong clinical and administrative support including dedicated 11 MA Full-time daytime schedule one Saturday morning per month 8 AM-12 PM with a weekday off of your choice the following week Competitive base compensation productivity bonus with salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits including medical dental and vision coverage PTO paid holidays 401k with employer contribution malpractice coverage and more Qualifications Certified Physician Assistant or board-certified Nurse Practitioner Active Texas license and DEA or eligibility to obtain Experience in Internal Medicine or Obesity Medicine preferred but not required Our practice is a proud member of Privia Medical Group a national physician organization with more than 5500 providers across 1300 locations in multiple states.
