    Our small, collaborative primary care clinic serves individuals living with chronic illnesses, disabilities, behavioral health conditions, and significant social barriers to care. We believe healthcare should meet patients where they are, and we're seeking a Nurse Practitioner who brings empathy, resilience, humility, and a genuine commitment to serving vulnerable communities.

    What you need: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, current NP license, DEA registration with prescriptive authority, and board certification as an FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent. Primary care experience required, with experience serving Medicaid, underserved, behavioral health, or complex care populations strongly preferred.

    Compensation Range:

    $103,043.00

    to

    $154,563.00

     

    The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
