Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Austin, TX

Victory Medical Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established, physician-owned outpatient practice with locations in Austin and Westlake Hills, Texas.

Founded in 1996, Victory Medical Center is a highly respected multispecialty private practice with strong patient demand, a tenured support team, and a clinical model that prioritizes patient care, provider autonomy, and long-term patient relationships.

Position Highlights

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care to a primarily adult patient population
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule options
• 4-day workweek with 1 weekend shift every 4–5 weeks
• Work within a holistic care model that includes primary care, urgent care, in-house pharmacy, and wellness services
• Dedicated MA support and tenured clinical/admin team
• On-site services including lab, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and more
• Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, wellness, or other clinical interests

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain
• Primary Care or Urgent Care experience preferred
