R&T Medical is a patient focused primary care practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Medical Assistant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients, triage and take vitals
- Assist providers with exams and procedures
- Preform EKGs and phlebotomy
- Update and maintain electronic medical records
- Triage patient calls for refills
- Scheduling procedures and obtain authorization if needed
- Ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care or similar setting preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
