We are looking for an internal medicine physician to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Laurel, Maryland as our facility medical director. This position offers you the opportunity to practice along and oversee four other primary care physicians and our dedicated and highly trained support staff.

We are looking for an internal medicine physician to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Laurel, Maryland as our facility medical director. This position offers you the opportunity to practice along and oversee four other primary care physicians and our dedicated and highly trained support staff. In this outpatient setting, you will have a set Monday-Friday schedule where you’ll be able to focus entirely on primary care. There is a lab on-site and access to sub-specialists in the area.

Compensation and Incentives

• Competitive base salary of $230,000–$245,000
• Facility Medical Director Stipend 
• Sign-on bonus
• Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year
• Quarterly bonuses based on patient volumes

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
• 3+ years' expeirence in leadership
• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
