Description
A healthcare network with locations in Ohio is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their primary care team in Cleveland.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: 32 hours of patient care and 8 hours of dedicated admin time every week
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Patient population: all ages or adults only, depending on the clinic
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Perform in-office procedures, as needed
Qualifications:
- The completion an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience
- NP or PA licensure in the state of Ohio
- Great interpersonal skills, a patient-centered approach, and strong attention to detail
