Job Description:
Role Summary
- Provide day-to-day support for pricing and promotion activities by reviewing contract and pricing documentation for accuracy, validating calculations, and ensuring set-up aligns to approved terms and system approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts against approvals (e.g., Icertis) to confirm accurate terms, incentives, effective dates, and customer eligibility.
- Review pricing worksheets/files to confirm calculations, rates, and discount logic are accurate and consistent with approved terms.
- Perform minor Excel calculations and validation checks (e.g., formula verification, spot checks, and tie-outs).
- Code customers for promotions and pricing programs (e.g., New Practice Programs, Buying Groups) and maintain supporting documentation.
- Compile customer price lists as needed; verify outputs match approved pricing and program rules.
- Support implementation of existing multi-year contract rollovers (e.g., 2026 2027) and confirm continuity of pricing/terms.
- Validate marketing and customer-facing materials against approved pricing and promotion details prior to release.
- Organize, upload, and maintain program and contract documentation in SharePoint; ensure version control and audit readiness.
- Partner with Pricing Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies; document corrections and outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Pricing, Finance, Operations, or related field.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel (including basic formulas) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to maintain clear documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Sales, or related area.
- Vistex experience a plus.
- Experience with contract approval/workflow tools (e.g., Icertis) a plus.
