Job Summary:
Looking for a Pricing Frameworks / Pricing Operations professional to support the execution and coordination of product, offer, and pricing changes. The role will partner closely with Product Marketing Managers and Business Model Strategy Managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Technical Operations, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Care, and Cloud Tech.
The primary focus is operational execution, coordination, SKU/pricing setup, quote-to-cash processes, project tracking, and resolving downstream operational issues to ensure product and pricing changes are launched smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SKU and pricing setup for product/offer launches and programs.
Coordinate operational activities throughout the product and offer lifecycle.
Ensure product pricing and offer details flow accurately through downstream quote-to-cash processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with Technical Operations, Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations, Legal, Customer Care, and Cloud Tech.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure activities stay on schedule.
Monitor multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accuracy and quality.
Document processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Help remove operational barriers impacting product/pricing launches.
Must-Have Skills:
2+ years of experience in an operations, program coordination, project coordination, or similar role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects.
Experience managing a high volume of projects/tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
Bachelor's Degree.
