POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pricing Manager I is responsible for leading the pricing for product lines typically at a single site within a Division. This role balances data-driven decision-making, and strong execution skills to drive pricing adoption and implementation. Partners with multiple functions and key stakeholders to position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product / sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Oversee the implementation of pricing proposals across product lines at product lines typically at a single site within a division.

Monitors the ongoing business environment to ensure competitive pricing

QUALIFICATIONS:
Four-year degree, preferably in Business Discipline OR Engineering, Engineering Technology. MBA desired.
Minimum six (6) years Pricing experience required or similar commercial experience in related industry preferred
Minimum four (4) years of managerial / leadership experience managing or overseeing the Pricing discipline
Demonstrated experience owning Pricing for Product lifecycle from design concept
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Applications, Salesforce)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving /resolution skills and a team focus
