CornerStone Staffing is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization in Flower Mound, TX. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys digging into pricing, margins, costs, and profitability to uncover insights that influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, margins, costs, and profitability across products, customers, and business segments

• Review large datasets to identify pricing discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities

• Perform margin analysis, cost modeling, profitability analysis, and competitive pricing analysis

• Maintain and validate pricing data to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Develop reports and analyses to support pricing decisions and management recommendations

• Manage recurring pricing processes while responding to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service

• Present analytical findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to management

• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting, and overall data integrity

Must-Have Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas

• Hands-on experience with pricing analysis, margin analysis, cost modeling, and/or profitability analysis

• Proven experience analyzing and manipulating large datasets while maintaining a high level of data accuracy

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
