POSITION OVERVIEW
Primarily responsible for developing, administering, and optimizing pricing tools and processes necessary for business growth and profitability. Collaborates across internal teams and external customers to provide accurate pricing analysis, support major RFPs, and optimize efficiency.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Cross-Functional Pricing: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Billing) and external customers to gather data for accurate, timely rate quotes.
- RFP Process Support: Provide analytical support on larger Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities through data analysis, financial modeling, and document preparation.
- Profitability & Efficiency Analysis: Utilize pricing tools and software to conduct ongoing reviews of customer efficiency, lane performance, and profitability.
- Rate Research & Support: Research, troubleshoot, and resolve rate-related questions from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritization & Execution: Effectively plan, organize, and prioritize high-volume workloads to meet strict operational deadlines.
