Minimum Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited U.S. school (or ECFMG certified)
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited Preventive Medicine Residency (or final year resident)
  • BC/BE in Preventive Medicine (or final year resident)
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Between the ages of 21 and 57 (Title 10 U.S. Code section 531 and 532)
