Preventive Maintenance Sales Manager

Job Summary:      

ACI Mechanical is seeking a Preventive Maintenance (PM) Sales Manager to build and grow a recurring maintenance base that strengthens long-term customer relationships and generates consistent work for both the Service and Building Services departments. This role focuses on initiating account development and long-term value creation.

Duties:

• Initiate new PM sale agreements across existing and new customer accounts
• Re-engage lapsed or inactive PM agreements to rebuild customer base
• Build strong, long-term relationships with facility managers and other stakeholders
• Conduct site walk-throughs and assess equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Generate qualified opportunities that support both Service and Building Services teams
• Maintain an organized, transparent sales pipeline with future opportunities to share with ACI Mechanical management
• Coordinate weekly with Service and Building Services leadership to align on opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of technical, HVAC field experience
• 2-5 years of sales experience; preventative sales experience preferred
• Driving record meets company requirements
• Successful passing of pre-employment drug screening required

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, loud noises, and more within OSHA standards when visited the jobsite. Employees may be exposed to outdoor conditions that include inclement weather such as heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust. May be expected to carry up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, stand for long periods of time, walk for moderate-to-long distances on varying surface conditions, climb, crawl, crouch, reach, grip, push, and pull without issue.
