Preventive Maintenance Mechanic - Fleet Maintenance

Hourly Range: $26.14 - $32.68

New employees start at $26.14 per hour for the first 150 working days. Upon successful completion of the introductory period, employees advance to $32.68 per hour.

This role focuses on keeping fleet vehicles serviced, inspected, and ready for daily operations. As a Preventive Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform scheduled maintenance and inspections that support fleet safety and reliability. What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles
• Inspect vehicles and identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Assist Diesel Mechanics with repairs as needed
• Work safely in an active maintenance environment

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of vehicle maintenance or mechanical experience
• Willingness to learn and follow maintenance procedures
• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
• Safety-focused and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable working evening or overnight shifts

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay
• Most positions support night operations with 10-12 hour shifts common
• Day shift opportunities may be available depending on location
• Overtime is a regular part of this role
