Job Overview
We are seeking a Preventive Maintenance Contractor to support a high-priority CMMS project in a regulated manufacturing environment. The consultant will review and update Preventive Maintenance (PM) templates where gaps were identified during a retrospective review.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update Preventive Maintenance templates.
Identify missing or incomplete PM information.
Read and interpret OEM equipment manuals.
Use equipment manuals to update PM requirements.
Support preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment.
Update and maintain PM information in the CMMS system.
Support CMMS data cleanup and template standardization.
Work with Maintenance and Engineering teams as needed.
Support activities related to the client's FDA commitment.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with a CMMS system.
Experience reviewing or creating Preventive Maintenance templates.
Ability to read and interpret OEM equipment manuals.
Experience working with manufacturing equipment.
Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
Maintenance or Engineering background preferred.
CMMS Administrator, Maintenance Lead/Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer experience is preferred.
Experience with MaintStar is a plus but not required.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
