Responsibilities
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent failures.
Diagnose equipment issues using standard troubleshooting steps and fix efficiently.
Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards in all tasks.
Document maintenance actions, parts used, and time in the CMMS.
Prioritize tasks based on maintenance pipeline and impact on operations.
Assist in root-cause analysis for frequent faults and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with operators to identify recurring equipment problems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools to reduce downtime.
Provide timely status updates on maintenance progress and outcomes.
Support equipment upgrades and installation projects as needed.
Travel to sites within the territory to perform maintenance as required.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and pursue professional development opportunities.
Experience/Qualifications
Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards on all tasks.
Preventative maintenance on equipment following PM schedules and checklists.
Diagnose and repair equipment using standard troubleshooting procedures.
Accurately document maintenance actions, parts, and time in CMMS.
Prioritize tasks based on maintenance pipeline and impact on operations.
Demonstrate measurable results focus in a high-visibility, metrics-driven environment.
Basic electrical and mechanical skills relevant to preventive maintenance.
Assist in root-cause analysis for frequent faults and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with operators to identify recurring equipment problems.
Provide timely status updates on maintenance progress and outcomes.
Demonstrate eagerness to learn and pursue professional development opportunities.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tool readiness to minimize downtime.
Support equipment upgrades and installation projects as needed.
Travel to sites within the territory to perform maintenance as required.
Maintain safe driving and vehicle readiness for site travel if applicable.
