Description

Pressure Vessel Designer/Drafter
  • Design and detail engineering of Pressure Vessels and Storage Tanks, including internals
  • Responsibilities involve production of Design Calculation analysis and reports, and assembly and detail drawings based on Design Calculations
  • Coordination with inter‐disciplines, other departments, and external agencies
  • Review of Contractors’ mechanical design calculations, Fabrication drawings and RFIs for Pressure vessels in accordance with Design Code, Client datasheet and Specifications
  • Well versed in the application and interpretation of Pressure Vessel Design Codes such as ASME Sec. VIII and its related ASME/ANSI Codes, and other International Codes.
  • Pressure Vessel Design software such as, PVElite and/or Compress a plus  
  • Ability to design and draft Pressure Vessels using AutoCAD any 3D exp a plus (CADWorx or Plant 3D preferred)
