Responsibilities
- Set up and operate stamping presses to produce parts according to specifications.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on stamping equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing preferred.
- Proven experience as a Press Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
