Press Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding or compression molding presses according to established procedures
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
• Inspect parts for quality, including visual checks and basic measurements
• Trim, assemble, or package molded parts as required
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
• Assist with minor machine adjustments or troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or press operation experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Exposure to heat, noise, and moving machinery
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
