Phillips Staffing is looking for innovative and detail-oriented individuals for an upstanding manufacturing company in the Upstate creating custom labels. Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with press machinery to provide continuous productivity
• Prepare, align and configure machinery, ink, rollers and paper for exemplary finished product
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of the print sheets 
• Cleans plates, cylinders, ink pans and lubricates press as needed
• Operates press to produce finished product in accordance to customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste and press efficiency
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed to operate printing presses
• Liaising with previous and next lines of production for continuous work flow
• Ensure all machine equipment are calibrated on schedule

Other Duties:

• Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
• Follow all dress code policies including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
• Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and the success of the company
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Good communication skills
• Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs
