Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and follow protocols

Physical Capabilities

• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Steel-toes
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift

Job Duties

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment
• Complete minor repairs and preventative maintenance
• Log production data accurately using computer systems
• Support material handling, packing, and cross-department collaboration
• Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification

What You Will Do

As a Press Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Press Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process.
