Pay: $18.28-$19.28 per hour

Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM-2:15 AM, Sunday-Thursday; 3rd Shift: 7:15 PM-5:45 AM, Sunday-Wednesday

As an All Shifts Press Operator, you'll help produce high-quality automotive parts by operating and monitoring machinery. You'll work closely with your team to deliver safe, efficient, and quality-focused results in a clean, modern environment.

What You'll Do As an All Shifts Press Operator, you will be responsible for

• Operating and monitoring automated and manual press machinery safely and effectively.

• Conducting quality checks and visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict standards.

• Using basic hand and power tools for machine setup and minor adjustments.

• Maintaining accurate production and safety logs each day.

• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S safety standards.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have

• At least six months of experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production.

• The ability to stand comfortably for 10-hour shifts and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools and following technical instructions.

• Experience with stamping presses, tow motors, or forklifts is a plus but not required.
